Terms & Conditons For E-bike Battery Claim
Vortex Lithium PK warrants that the battery cells within our batteries will be free from defects in materials and workmanship that affect their backup performance for a period of 1 Year from the date of purchase. This warranty specifically covers the cell backup performance only.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover the following components and circumstances:
BMS / Balancer: The Battery Management System and its components are not covered under this warranty.
Short Circuit: This warranty is void if any evidence of a short circuit is found during examination of the battery.
Water Damage: Any damage to the battery resulting from water ingress or exposure to excessive moisture will void this warranty.
Physical Damage: Any physical damage to the battery, including but not limited to cracks, dents, or breakage, will void this warranty.
Overcharging/Over-discharging: Damage caused by overcharging or over-discharging the battery.
Improper Use/Installation: Damage or malfunction resulting from improper use, installation, or handling of the battery, including failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
Unauthorized Repair/Modification: Any attempt to repair or modify the battery by unauthorized personnel will void this warranty.
Fire Damage: Damage to the battery caused by fire.
In such case no warranty claim will be provided.
